Authorized Dell Service Center Kukatpally Hyderabad

Disappointed service, Dell laptop having battery issue so I approached this vendor Authorized Dell Service Center, then I took my laptop to the center they rectify the issue and they have charged me 1200, but after few days we faced the same issue so again I took my laptop to the center, they checked out the laptop, they told its battery issue so that they informed me to change the battery where the cost will be around 6500 ,but I don't have money, so did not changed the battery so overall I am not satisfied with their service.

They have done an excellent service. Due to not working problem on my Dell Laptop. So I approached Authorized Dell Service Center Kukatpally, Hyderabad service centre for the issue. They came and check the issue. They replaced the laptop display and keyboard, front cover and bottom cover. For that, I paid overall 8000. Now it's working fine. I am very much satisfied with the splendid service.

My Dell laptop was not working so I directly approached Authorized Dell Service Center.laptop was serviced and no amount was paid since it's under warranty.I got very good service, now its working properly.I am satisfied with them.

Called this Authorized service center to repair my Dell Laptop they immediately responded and checked out the issue and no charges were paid because it went under warranty but the problem was not solved properly it occurring again so I called that technician again. Response and approach were very good.
