Superb responded, And I got valuable Information from this Bank AXIS for my Home loans, I requested amount 3500000, Their response was good and without any delay, they explain the term and condition. Had submitted all the documents here, I am cheerful to choose this Bank.

Deducting debit card charges without customers concern for 1000 and 600. I received a msg that my card is used by someone in atm and I alerted Axis bank to block the card they blocked and sent a new one but deducted 600 from my account. Worst behaviour to suck money from customers.There is no direct number to contact jp nagar branch and no response from them for the amount deducted.

Took a Private finance loan of 1.5 lakhs through this Axis Bank, the response was good and without any delay, they explain the term and condition. Had submitted all the documents here. The interest rate was 16% duration of EMI 5 year. I am very much satisfied with this service it was excellent service.

Worst experience with manager i have ever had, i have seen they treat their staffs like slaves especially with poor cashier, manager is very ruthless and she don't know how to behave with customers, she acts as if she owns the bank, very irritating manager, never will do banking with axis because of that manager, i m closing my acc.
