Please do not take AMC services of Water Purifier from this company. The turnaround time is pathetic. Commitment level is at all time low. The technician does not possess the knowhow to service machines.

this service center is full of spurious people. Every mechanic tries to make money by making seperate deals with the customers.One service man Jitendra Roy tried to fool me thrice by bringing an old and used spares for my water filter. <br/>Do not call this service centre.

I wish there was any option provided for giving negative stars then I would have given that..sorry I had to give one star but It does not even deserve one star. They are the pathetic service provider, I mean when they want to collect AMC fees, they will visit you regularly, they can come any time whenever you call them but after paying that whenever you are in need of their services they will never come. I have complained on 25th june, 2016 morning they said that engineer will surely visit you today but 2 days have passed and no one has come and when ever I call to customer executive rather than helping me she is shouting at me only<br/><br/>I think this company should be closed, because they are harrasing the customer
