I called them to fix my Bosch washing machine. 1)The took the board to fix and did not come for 3 days 2) He fixed the board after three days and did not even test it. Asked us not to switch on for 24 hours. (What the hell. I did not understand the reason behind it). After I switched it on next day, it did not work. 3) we called them again, the service guy after a day and took the board again for fixing. 4) did not call us for more than two days. 5) he came back again and fixed the board, it did not work again. 6) they stopped answering my calls. It better don't trust these guys, they dont have good service engineers who know their job. Call any company service guy
