Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

iRecently I had booked a shipment from Balaji Courier & Cargo from Delhi to Canada. Initially they said we had to pay only 14k for 20KG shipment and there will be no hidden charges and we dont have to pay anything else. But these guys are big frauds once the parcel reached Canada, they levied a 80$ custom duty on it and they pressured us to pay the amount else parcel will be returned back. They assured us that they will compensate and refund this amount as this was their fault because they hid such charges. as student in canada I didnt have money but fearing that parcel will return I was forced to borrow money and pay the custom duty. Once I paid the custom duty these guys stopped picking up the call and now they are saying We wont pay you back. I have all the proofs including call recording where they had promised refund. These guys are big frauds and cheats. Should not book any parcel from them. I am now left with a debt of 80$ and as a student it is a big thing for me. Ms.A Gaurav

Recently, we have used this service to send our Documents from Delhi to Dubai . They delivered on time with safety and charged me 800 which is a nominal charges as compared to other.The service was good.

I used the service of balaji for sending courier to kuwait and i got the things on time . I appreciate their professinal service and putting this remarks so that others can get benefit from their service otherwise customer normally put only negative remarks and forget the good service.

I recently hired Balaji cargo and courrier to ship one 15kg box from New Delhi to Edmonton, Canada. I was suppose to get the tracking no the very next day of pickup, however after making 10 plus calls got the tracking no one day prior to delivery. To my horror when I received the box, more than 3 kgs worth of dry fruits, daal and mouth freshener that were fully sealed and agreed by the pick up boy that these items goes through smoothly, were missing !! So 1/3rd of the dryfruits are in the box while others magically disappear. I am so disappointed with their service that I would not want anyone else to go through the same problem.
