I have been using bandbox services for a long time however in the last few months their quality has gone down completely. They dare to return without even cleaning n claim they did. Worst service after it is taken over from the father?s management.

Very worst service, The basics they don't follow..it's just an unorganised dobiwala washing at river beds., they don't have any facilities to dry clean or Wash...

Been a regular customer from the time they opened shop, couple of days back 2 silk sarees ( apart from the other 3)were stained completely beyond repair and they refused to accept it's their fault giving excuses they don't use water while ironing. The staff are well trained and call immediately if there is any stain or damage and let us know and ask if they can go ahead. One sari was a new silk and the other an old, there were no stains when giving it for ironing and neither did the staff make note of any. When asked about the damage , they refused to accept and when I insisted on speaking to the owner, he was extremely rude in handling the query and said they would just refund the ironing amount! There was no decency in hearing out the complaint ,neither an apology or a solution to dry clean the sari's from their end. They've just lost out a regular customer.
