Bank of India Vashi Mumbai

Bank of India has become an All time record setter in WORST performing branch in vashi, should be shutdown/boycotted if possible to safeguard vashi city image and security. They don't deserve the name "India". There is no good left, place is filthy filled with lazy staff, behaves rudely with customers (age/gender no bar), sweeper behaves like staff, they don't allow customer to freely walk inside banking hours and complete their basic banking facilities and go, denial of service to customers, bloody manager (should be punished first) for eating away salary and not managing. Dear all, don't waste your money, time and energy behind these waste fellows/complaints/grievance. Some strong dose is required to them from media, politicians, locals, govt. And governing bodies to correct them. I'm witnessing there bad behavior from childhood, not at all improving. They don't provide primary banking function for which the bank is meant for, forgot about other facilities. #SaveYourself_SaveOthers!

Worst customer service. Getting high salaries but officials don't know how to fill/formalities for a capital gains scheme account. In the branch from 2 hours just to open a CGSA, no one knows how. BM not available. Others don't know. Pathetic.
