Very good place to stay (Calm and clean). Railway station is walking that the best thing :-). Owner is really good at keeping his words.

The staff and the owner is very helpful. rooms are very nice and maintained I referred to this pg.

This guy is a fraud. All he is concerned about is earning money by hook or crook. At the time of enquiring about the pg, the contact person Rajeev Bhagat talks very nicely and tells that he is the owner and no brokerage is involved. But once he receives the deposit from tenant, he shows his true colors. He charges extra 1000 rs for rent agreement which he never intends to create and neither refund the money . When i asked him for the rent agreement which was not prepared even after many months as it was required urgently for some documents, he became irritated started giving excuses like he will have to pay money under the table to police so he will prepare it later for which he never gave any firm timelines. Services in pg room are also very bad. He charges electricity bill at a very high rate of 12rs/unit. At the time of vacating the pg, he deducts almost all the deposit amount in the name of baseless reasons and tenant repents his decision to ever choose his pg to live in.

This guy is fraud. He gave me faulty cheque and later refused to give my money back. His electricity bill is high rated and penalty of 100rs per day if you pay rebt after 4 days. He is a fraud man.

This man is a true businessman and his PG is the worst place I have ever been to. There are so many rules and regulations and that too very confusing. The guy will talk to you very politely but only till the time you have not paid him the money, once you have paid consider to get lost as he no more care about you. A little on rules..the rent has to be paid in advance and that too within first 2 days of month and if u r late then fine of 100 per day and in that 1st 2 days will also be considered ie xtra 200, moreover the electricity amount is separate and no bill is given for that(black money) and cost is Rs 12/unit the highest ever. There is no food given the PG as well. If at all there is any housekeeping issue, it takes more than 2 weeks to get resolved. u have to carry ur bedsheet and pillow cover as well, toilets stink and are not cleaned on daily basis. His workers are greedy and ask for money for issues to resolve early. Also Rs 1000 for police verification that is never done.
