no professionalism exists in bsnl.<br/>worst service in india.<br/>pricing is very worst.<br/>new connection applied on 24.10.2014. customer service reqeusted to purchase instrument from them so that they will give the connection on the same day. but till date, no efforts are being put to give the new connection, what is the fate. Even by the CGM, Chennai Telephones has not control over it. Mail sent to Minster of Telecom, Central Vigilance Commission, The Chaiarman, BSNL, New Delhi,
