Very Shocking: My father is 84 years old. Needed blood drawn for testing from home. First - Bharat scans -all numbers listed above in this website - none of the land line numbers work - all temporarily out of order. So, the mobile number worked. They gave me one other unlisted mobile number for home service. Then, when i called - the person did not even mention his name and company ( Bharat scans) when he answered my call. I had to presume that i am talking to someone from Bharat scans. I came to know through him that they will charge around Rs.3000/- for the tests and the technician coming home will take full cash and go. No receipt, NO company ID, no bill will be given. When I asked . When i asked if i can make payment in advance at the office and collect the receipt- the person claiming to be with Bharat scans "Prakash 9551078700" says that is not permissible. When i insisted that at least the person coming home give a receipt or show ID - he was rude and asked me to go to some other Lab !! These are the trained personnel from Bharat scans, ashok nagar Chennai ! I will NEVER use their services . I had a previous bad experience when a person had advertised for home male nurse. He came home and collected payment for 10 days - Rs.5000/- but no male nurse came and he did not answer his mobile after that. No land line number was listed. That is why i wanted to know if Bharat scans will at least provide me with some proof of receipt of payment.

Bharat understand the customers needs and assist them. We had been here for a scan and find their charges too most economic.
