Big 92.7 FM Andheri West Mumbai

I live by this station 92.7. A die hard fan of this station. It brings me a lot of joy to listen to the selection of songs. I am glued to it all non working hours, all 7 days. <br/>But I have one very big problem with the station and that is the repetition of advertisements. It gets on ones nerves to listen to the same ad. over and over again. Please cut it. A If you need fillers please play anything but please don't repeat the ads ad-nauseam. I understand that's your revenue but it will only have an ill effect. Like I do now. I simply switch off the radio. I hope you will take this in the right spirit. Thank you

I am unsure what you would like me to review: programmes, announcers or, what? Not very clear. Anyway, I spend a few months in Mumbai each year since the last 2. I love the songs that are played, but most of all, I CANNOT RESIST the Sunday 12 to 5 story time. Mr Nilesh Mishra is more than wonderful. His voice is so well suited to what he does...expressions fabulous and the stories are indeed VERY enjoyable. (I'd love to contact him. How can I do that?....SOS).<br/>One of my favourite actors is Anil Kapoor. I love his Saturday shows too. (I'd like to contact him too. Please help). I also like Talat Aziz. I remember he4 visited Australia some years ago, but I was unable to attend. My home is in Adelaide, South Australia.<br/>I phoned Anil's show once recently and was told something like your station did not have my ID phone number?? Confused. The latest entry intothe FM clan in Mumbai is BIG FM 92.7. This channel truly lives upto its name! It is huge on the content it provides.It has an attitude to be a part of your day-to-daylife. Small things that the channel has done make it unique in its own way! Some examples:- Providing updates on the Local Trains in Mumbai. This is really helpful especially in mumbai’s travel condition. - Everyday, they pick up a topic and the entire day has discussions with experts from that area. Like Personal Grooming, Eye care etc.- Not to forget that it gives special information on topical things like HIV-AIDS etc.- Simple audinece involvement initiatives like 40 second games etc- They provide information on the happenings in the city like Music Concerts etc. This really helps to keep up todate!- The involvement from the audience is at a different level. Not only do audiences offer to call in and share their views, but they also get involved to provide traffic updates etc. Also if youare facing a problem and you need an opinion, call in BIG FM, and they will ask the entire junta of mumbai to give thier opinion! Cool huh!?In my opinion, this is the best Radio Channel I have come across and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have easy listening while also learning something new which will be helpful in your daily routine! 3 thumbs up!!
