The shopping experience is good as always but the food court in the top floor is not at all good. Today I went to big bazaar for wed shopping and after that I ordered a south indian thali which I wanted to take back home. After paying the bill and taking the parcel I reached home. The moment I saw the parcel I found that one Idli & one vada was missing along with basic cutleries which was suppose to come with the combo pack. When I went there again I got the same after a minor altercation. Its extreme unprofessionslism on their part. Unpleasant experience. Next time if anyone take parcel from their, do check before its packed or they might not give you at one go and you will either have to remain content or visit again to get the remaining portion of the order.
