Bought a mobile and 2 days later battery does not hold for even 2 hours and when I go there, they want me to go to Vijayawada for service center and does not even provide clear address or not bothered about customers.. Disgusted with the person maintaining the facility and the response. If anyone looking for courteous staff choose a different facility.
