About the service, we need to keep in mind that the staff might not be adequately trained in customer service. I really do not any hopes whatsoever when it comes to retailers like BB, which particular cater to the Indian mass. On the other hand, other Future Group firms like Bangalore Central are more upper class, since the goods they sell cater to that segment. All in all, its not such a bad experience at BB Hebbal. Just dont make any mistakes which needs active attention from customer service! ;)
