Hi, i have given my alto car for serving in Bimal auto agency on 6th July 17. Very pathetic service they provided , whatever the complaint I raised, they dint resolved single complaint , and there is no proper response from service team adviser Mr. Madhu,and Show room Manager Mr. Prashanth. They dint have minimum sense how to treat customer ....... any one from management look into this issue and serve better in future

I went to Bimal auto agency in Kanakpura for leaving my vehicle for servicing & It was a real surprise to see a wonderful team ready for assistance.<br/><br/>I would really like to appreciate the service provided by the team & would like to covey my heartful thanks to the team starting from the mechanics , CSM & the works manager . Well done Team ! Keep up the good work ! This is what the service one would expect at any service center .<br/><br/>I would really want to refer my friends & family to avail the superb service of team at Bimal located at Kanakpur .
