Biryani Trails Malviya Nagar Delhi

Since our childhood, we have seen Biryani being prepared in our home. It still remains the favorite dish of all of our family till date. Be it our grandparents, our parents, our kids or us, Biryani is an all time favorite. Whenever we go to any restaurant, we always taste the Biryani and it is a must have on our menu. In this process, we taste Hyderabadi Biryani, Moradabadi Biryani, Lucknawi Biryani (Awadhi Biryani) and Dilli Biryani at various places of India including the streets. Fortunately or unfortunately, there is a great variation of taste, of the same type at different places. Our idea for Biryani Trails comes in with the due process of all these different tastings. We found that the Biryani served at most places are either Pulao (with no spices) or too spicy to eat. Even big names that are famous for other dishes lack the taste in Biryani. Also, a good Biryani is difficult to find in most places of Delhi and NCR. Although Old Delhi is a heaven for foodies, it is still not famous for Biryani. Here comes the idea for Biryani Trails. Right now, we are serving Hyderabadi, Moradabadi Biryani and Dilli Biryani along with some other experiments created by us. We are still in the hunt for more variations of biryani and will introduce soon. Our mission is to explore all types of Biryani preparations and include them in the menu for Biryani Trails.
