Due to some unforeseen situation, i cannot proceed with my proposed commitment on payment. But Mr.Alex is very flexible and wait for my commitment and completed my project in highest standard. Once we decided to construct our home, we started to explore and approached several builders. Among those, Mr. Alex proprietor of Blessing Builders approach is very unique. Prior to giving quotation, he visited our site and then only gave quotation along with preliminary building plan and construction material to be used. He is the only one who arranged to meet his customers. This gave us full confidence and we made contract with Blessing Builders to build our dream home. During construction, he proved our confidence on Mr. Alex is fully correct. He is having competent team who takes care of all our requirement during construction. Committed construction material was used which is of high quality by default. Systematic approach was followed from day 1 to till completion. Unfortunately, finishing work got delayed due to Covid, but he managed to complete the work to our satisfaction. I was in search for arch. services to do the construction on my own due to an impression that I can get quality materials and save some bucks. I contacted few builders, labor contractors, site supervisors too during this process and not pleased with the specs, quote, quality of materials, transparency etc. I got a call from Alex and he asked to see the specs and quality of construction and then decide whether to opt for Turnkey or Labor contract. We met today and he explained me the specs and showed few ongoing projects. I was really impressed with the topnotch materials he is using and unmatched price too. Also, he was very patience in explaining everything & skilled, which really made me to change my view! Hope I will make contract with him in couple of weeks and get a better quality than I expected!
