Worst courier service of BLUE DART at New Alipore ... They deliberately returned back my important bank card by stating a false statement that my office was closed. I had to collect my card personally from the bullshit Jetex Parcel System office. Horrendous experience .... !!!

In order to dispatch my courier to Hyderabad, Bangalore or any other state consumed this courier service. The service is worthwhile and praiseworthy. The keep up the time in delivering the courier. The charges were moderate. They are the best courier service

Received my credit card from Bank through this agency. Their service was very good as they delivered the documents on time without misplacing. Charges were paid from bank account. I am satisfied with their service.

Received a documents from Bank through them. There service was very good as there is no complaint of late delivery or misplace. The charges are also nominal from them. It’s a satisfactory service.

It was pathetic and useless service rendered to the customers because my courier was not delivered at all and they reason for the undelivery was that they could locate my address and when contacted them they would pick the calls and would hang down if they pick. This courier service is worthless and not helpful in any way.

Hello, I am Pallav Das. I ordered a tempered glass for my phonr from Ibhejo.com on 23rd december,2016. They shipped that via bluedart. and as usual it reached to the nearest hub of yours(in time)which is- "BLUEDART EXPRESS LIMITED C/O JETEX PARCEL SYSTEMS 10/N, A Block, New Alipore, Kolkata - 700053 Landmark: NEAR New Alipore Bus Stop Phone/Mobile +91 33 40608054, +91 33 40608055, +91 33 40608056" Now the horrific event starts!!! They never called my friend who is the receiver of the shipment. Instead they called me from one of the above mention landline number(after holding the package for 3 days!)and lied that address is incomplete! and also told me he has no mobile number!!!!! I tried many times to call them and once they received and some other guy replied he will call me after 15 minutes as he is very busy! He also never called me and as usual I tried and failed. I contacted Ibhejo,They told me to wait. After 3 more days the package was returned(I tried to call them everyday and bluedart via mail). Ibhejo now told they will reship the product to the same address.They did,but sadly they also shipped via same courier! Now 2nd time,today at 11.15am maybe,someone called me and said there is no block no of building and I am so irresponsible and before I say anything he cut the call..and then I tried to call more than 20 times... found busy!!! atlast some other guy received the call and told me the delivery guy is gone!!! I told him that there is block number written before room no(A-33)and call the recepient instead of me..He said he will inform the courier guy but he cannot give me the delivery guy(That filthy scum)'s personal mobile number!!! Okay...after some time the recepient i.e. my friend called me and told that he was contacted very roughly and told to come to some majherhat bluedart courier house with identity proof and as address is incomplete(again lie!) he cannot deliver!!!! I swear if I ever met that guy I will give him a tight HUG and congratulate for improving Bluedart reputation day by day!
