To work in passage and environment is our big challenge. It is our full responsibility to guide the client from A to Z. I have own trusted & expert labour. They complete my work very carefully. At first, we take a measurement from the site, and then we create a plan according to the clients need. After that, we show 3D view according to the customer's budget. If the client agrees, then we start to do the work and work will begin with an advance of 40%. 2nd instalment of 5% should be payable the work after the handover. The final instalment of 55% should be payable at the time of running the work. And it depends on the period during completion the work. Terms of condition: Estimated time is validity up to 1 year. If there would be any unforeseen situation from the clients' end that might delay the project, then it should be charged as per Government budget. All company's drawing rate & working estimate is so high but as I am a designer and do my concept & planning. I handle my work personally even that my working estimate is low. If the design is not approved, I don't take any fees.
