Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service

Driver is Rude and will force you to pay additional money during the tour. We took Innova with Mr. Bhagirath as driver during last week of Dec 2022 for Jodhpur to Jaipur. We were travelling with family and kids. The tour was fixed for 1500 km for 5 days. There are many serious issues we faced. 1. When we were in the market in Bikaner and one of the passengers got sick, he refused to take him to the hotel alone (about 15 min away) and insisted that he will only go only once to the hotel and forced all of us to cancel our city visit and go to the hotel 2. Every day he would insist to go back to hotel before 8 pm as he had to do his dinner and kept calling continuously to force us to come back 3. He took additional money when we asked him to take a detour of extra 5 km on way to Jaipur, even though we were within kms. He stopped the car on the highway and would not move unless we agreed to pay the money 4. Forced us to pay 1600 toll for Jodhpur to Jaipur, even when it is only 420
