Service Not Up to the Mark!

I have availed FFTH landline and broadband from bsnl, kengeri. Very much distressed to state that the services are very very poor, no time bound complaint redressal. The outsourced agency for attending complaints are erratic . I am constrained to surrender the line and will never advise anybody to seek bsnl services. It is a wonder why the government should infuse thousands of crores of honest tax payers money for the revival of bsnl. A classic white elephant insensitive to genuine customer grievances

we took a connection around a 1 and half year back and we didnt get the new phone ,what thy provide tht s not proper one cant listen the voice ...nearly 6 to 7 tyms i complainted very care less replies and always same answer from thm no stock with us only old and repaired telephones ......felt bad
