I am staying in Ganapathy Maa nagar 4 th Block and come under Ganapathy telephone Exchange. ...My land phone is not working for the last 2 months... Regularly I am complaining and I am getting Fault case registration reference number... But very next day I am getting a message stating that the case is resolved... This experience never had with other providers... As a public sector BSNL You must have some more responsible... Hope this type of bad experience is only in Ganapathy, Coimbatore only
