Shah & Co., is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has also completed Law degree from the University of Mumbai. He has obtained rich experience in handling taxation matters, tax litigation & representation and exposure to international tax laws. He has also contributed to some of the landmark judgements through his research and application of laws and had also assisted in writing article on inbound investment from Germany which was reported in International Tax Review Magazine. Apart from experience in Direct Taxation, he has also been involved in handling FEMA, Transfer Pricing advisory and compliances & tax diagnostic services like TDS compliances, eligibility of 80 IB deductions and internal audits as well. Presently, he is an active member of International tax Study Group of WIRC, Direct tax & FEMA Study group of various Study Circles.
