Very bad experience with this agency. I have booked a TT for family trip by giving 1000 Rs advance. They have shared the driver details at 8 o clock.after that they changed 3 times the driver. And at 9.30 last driver was telling, he can't come. My trip was planned at 10 AM. So last moment they were not picking the call.and no clarity for the information. They are not transparent. Finally no cabs came at 10 o clock.after 10 they called me and told, they will a TT. But I cancelled the trip. The TT which are allotting is not owned by Travels, that's what I noted. And the drivers are not aware of this travel agency also. I never suggest this for anyone.
