Worst experience ever.i have 3 hyundai cars in my house i 20 ,creta,accent but still ill recomend you to go for other brands before you chose hyundai.I am the member of S.A.E india my name is ankit yadav i took my car (i 20 car no : up 14 cs 0320) to work shop sec 83(capital hyundai) after i met with an accident in February.they kept my car for 2 months and i called them 1000 times that my sister is getting married and i need car on urgent basis to do marrige prepration and all but they took 2 months to repair my car but in starting they told me that they will give my car in 20 days(max) but when i got my car the left front door of my car was of i20 active they told me it is a mistake we will change the gate but they didnt nd told me that they will change the tape of it then it will look like your cars gate when i went there there was a service advicer sahid ali who told me dont complain nothing will happen and we cant give your car like it was earlier so i told them u charged me full amount why cant my car problems can be resolved there was no paint on the front bumper and all parts were misaligned and few days back i saw that there is no insulation gaurd in my car thats why cabin noise is coming too high then i called them that im bringing my car for that part they said its a small part and said we will see if we will make it availabele and i told them there is so much of keyos in your workshop and i visited there showroom about 8-9 time and this showroom is about 30 km from my house i visited there showroom for 4 times for noise problem only and when i said why didnt u drive and took a ride that what is there which is creating sound in my car then he said "humne zarure ni samjha apki gaddi chalana" these are the words of sahid still my car is sounding like a jeep with a missing part and dont knw how many parts are still missing in my car i would sugest u guys go for a car maker who gives u a good after sales service if you'll buy hyundai ull roam around like this only.and after fighting for 10 days on the topic that you should send me a mail so that i can show it to others how many 'human errors' you do they threatend me that we will not entertain you in future if you will complain but when finally i told them my father is an lawyer and ill file a case against you then they mailed me about the missing part but they changed the words like they called me for part replacemnt but they were not aware of my missing part and the performance they gave was pathetic.ill attach the mail also and if any body dealing with similar kind of problem do let me know my phone no is 7011003447, 9873176735 and my mail id is ankit.amity32@gmail
