Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Took the security deposit and didn’t give it back even after multiple calls. I had my flight due to which i had to let go off the vehicle (innova crysta) either way at 2 PM and on call he told me that his phone is ‘not working’ and that he’ll send the amount (5000 inr) till 5 PM. Trusting him i handed the keys to the person and went off thinking ill be getting my money back soon but it wasn’t returned till 8 PM where i started calling his phone and the phone number i had of his colleague, even multiple calls weren’t answered and when answered the response was always i’ll send it in a few minutes. The next morning came where i still hadn’t received the amount and on multiple calls again being promised to receive the money again and again I finally had to threaten to lodge an FIR. Thats when he said that ill send soon and gave excuses. Finally at 8 PM I received the payment which was overdue for 30 HOURS! that too on multiple calls and constant pleading.
