Cardinal Gracious Memorial Hospital Vasai West Mumbai

Had very poor experience with respect to the services. First of all they need to teach their security personnels to be polite and respectful with the people. The security staffs were very rude as if we were availing some kind of free services. They have some bizzare set of rules which restricts only one person from the family to stay with the patient upstairs. Even In the visiting hours they will allow only one person at a time to meet the patient, so if you are a family of 5 wanting to visit some one admitted it will take around 5 additional iterations to complete the entire process of just visiting the patient. They charge you for the facilities which are below expectations and dissapoiting. Even though people know about these things they are compelled to visit such hospitals only because of lack of some good medical infrastructure in the nearby vasai region.

Worlds Best Third Class Hospital. My personal experience and others who are don't know how to give review.. on behalf of them .. am giving award to this hospital.. Employees of the hospital are most careless and egoistic. They don't care about patients and dirty and worst service from them. Please don't visit ever in this hospital even your loving person is dying. As they 100 % sure, how the serious person will die and how we can make money from his family. Please request to all, DON'T EVER VISIT CARDINAL GRACIOUS HOSPITAL, VASAI (W), BANGLI.
