Be warned and stay far far away...I committed the biggest mistake of buying an APC UPS from them and had a really horrible experience with their unprofessional service when I asked them to replace the batteries after 2 years of usage...they cheated me with a fake Exide battery and did not provide any warranty card when explicitly requested and within 3 months the new Exide batteries failed ! When I asked for a replacement, as usual they asked me to get the unit, which I promptly did but after keeping it for more than 2 months and countless follow-ups, they informed nothing can be done as problem was with the unit..after a few tough conversations, they agreed to refund the battery cost if I return the old batteries. As usual, i dropped the entire UPS unit with the batteries at their shop....till date, after running behind them for 10 months, I have received around half the cost of the battery, which itself is a miracle!...their biggest ploy is to talk nicely every time you interact, tel

APC UPS of 1.5 KVA capacity along with the battery, I have procured from this dealer. They charged me around Rs.30,000. They delivered and installed it on time. Their response was also good and I am happy with their service.
