Mobile purchase on 18/07/14, while traveling in my pocket, screen of A35K is damaged on 24/07/2014. so i rush to service provider for the repair in Margao (GOA) which is officially appointed service provider "mobile-clinik" i had very bad experience i could not get my cellphone till-date, you can find the details in his job sheet no 364 dated 28/07/14. retail invoice No S04348/14-15/3873, is that your company policy for the service?
