STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM We paid around 65USD for delivery cost of few cotton bag samples visa paypal as requested by them. The estimation was provided by them very promptly and with low cost. But now the real pain started. Once the delivery cost was in their pockets, all the email communication stopped. We contacted them so many times but no reply. We contacted one Mr Shrenik Jain with whom we were dealing via mail. After one month of money transfer, there was lame excuse about family emergency and we begged him then to either send the sample or return the money back and he assured us of sending the sample. We messaged him like 1000 times and no proper respose. Just one sentence "yes we will send the sample". but when? why so late? no answer again. Finally we contacted the father and he sent the samples, that too after calling him 4 times reminding him for samples. The samples sent were so bad that we threw it away after looking at it.
