Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

"Hello everyone, I wanted to share my worst experience with Chandra Computers highlighting the issue I faced due to their lack of expertise. I had given my laptop to them to resolve a blue screen problem. They suggested an OS installation, and I specifically asked whether the data on my D and E drives would be retained. They assured me that there would be no data loss. With their confirmation, I agreed to proceed with the OS installation. However, I didn't receive any notification from the shop regarding the readiness of my laptop. When I called to inquire, they asked me to come and collect it. Upon checking, I discovered that there was no data in my D and E drives, where I had stored important data for almost 15 years, amounting to nearly 1 TB. The reason they provided for the data loss was that the system didn't allow partitioning. This was an unprecedented response from a service center, and I was shocked.
