This firm is very old and mainly retired government employees are partner. The treat employee wrongly manners. No value for employee hardwork. Work and study balance is difficult. Hardly any article qualified exam parallelly working in this firm. Their way of doing work is old no computer friendly. Most of the partner don't even know to start computer. I work here for 3 year as article and it was totally wasted . Article turnover is also more. Hardly any article work here for long periods. Inlogo ka kam karne ka tarika purana hai computer chalana nahi ata bus muh chalana ata hai. Sirf employee ko necha dekhata hai. They are like the typical government employees which we see in different bank and company. Only talk arrogantly. No positive work environment. No GST, tax, company incorporation, itr work is given to article. You will not get to learn all this thing, they only give article to do vouching. Their are many firm in Kolkata whose way of doing work is modern and positive
