i buy a comercial bike he is not registerd my bike he said come next time i give you all bike document but he is no good response no phone receved if receved no proper anser he is very bad bike agency

Very worst experience. I thought TVS is a good organization that actually take care and listen customers voice but it's all FAKE. Amit (the owner) and Ajay Rawat (Area Sales Manager). They are the FAKE people. I bought TVS Jupiter last July'2016 and it's today (16-Feb-2017) more than 7 months have been passed but still I didn't get the Permanent RC. I also did complain in Customer care but they have given me Ajay Rawat (Areas Sales Manager Number) but he has not taken care and listen my problem. I also faced lot of problems to getting temporary number that was given after 3 months. Service is really very poor and they don't listen customer. During third service My son was there and he told me that they didn't do service and when I have asked they told me that service has been done. When I have asked for CCTV footage they refused me. Ajay Rawat it seems he is not actually a person that listen customer complain. Please let me know where I will escalate this matter.
