Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They came for negotiation and didn't confirm that they will charge anything prior to the meeting, after meeting and negotiation they are asking for Rs 5000 for 1 hr on account of consultation.
