Around 17th March I gave my phone to Mr. Amit Goel. He said he will come back to me within a week. But due to lockdown no one could do anything. When the lockdown ended. I contacted him and since then he has been giving me fake promises with timelines which weren't met. He always said 2 weeks and telling 100% but it was all in vain. By 1 year I was fed up of this center and Mr. Amit that I had to pay extra to get my phone which was replaced by a very poor quality screen. The same day i got it serviced from another place and got it the same day with lesser money paid to Mr. Amit. I would say the whole store will give you false timelines and the customers only will end up requesting for their phones. He will only tend to you if you are willing to pay a lot of money or else he wont care about the customer who isn't getting willing to pay a lot on their phone service.
