Chennai home appliances had called to attend my LG 6.2kg washing machine for noisy running and error came before completion of wash. They asked to send m/c to their work place, I sent it after their service I taken back . They charged for gear assembly , suspension change and acid wash with service totally Rs 5450/-. I paid the amount. Then found even inlet, outlet was not cleaned, after taking photos, I informed, they taken back and cleaned. Now the machine noise sound problem solved, but they not changed suspension and also not fixed the rate mesh as I asked. I repeatedly calling from 25 th Dec 2019 to fix the rat mesh and asking repayment of Rs 1300/-. I will rerate after their response.
