My wife on diyalisis , that dept. does its job well , takes care very well under leadership of Dr Satish. But she had to undergo a very painful catheter insertion on left neck. The doctors in ICU had not given local anesthesia and patient had to cry , scream due to pain. When questioned dr.girish is not replying at all. They are playing with life of patients by asking PG students to do surgery like this. Utmost reckless , doctors without basic knowledge of pain management. Worst , never ever go to this hospital . They will suck your money and give dead body. Especially the irresponsible insurance department , they will delay to process as much as possible and at the end they will say insurance declain immediately after the patient death .Its an complete drama between all stakeholder for the sake of money. Please check the reviews before choosing the hospital.

My Dad was admitted in chettinad hospital last week the total experience with the service fm staff nurses nd treatment was worst to the core.Even in a billing section also ppl are so irresponsible. Overall I had a worst experience in this hospital I would like to say the ppl in a simple word don't choose this hospital never in ur life.I don't wanna prefer even a single star to rate.

They have very good infrastructure. But experience doctors work only for particular timings. For minor problems junior doctor s are always available for which the fees is totally free!

Totally chettinad health city is waste..they are giving importance to flim shooting..more aged patients r going in upstairs..flim shooting equipmens and that flim workers are using lift..doctors are taking very harshly.A block is some what ok..B block doctors really worest..we r paying money na..doctors have to talk patiently with patients,but there not like that..plz everyone take care of ur health..compare to chettinad,thagour medical college and hospital is1000 times better..contrast ct abdomen scan cost is 5000rs in thagour medical college and hospital,but in chettinad 8000rs.even lab test amount also compare to tagour,here very high..plz dont waste ur valuable health and money in chettinad health cithy
