Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Chiku Cab is totally fraud company, requesting everyone not to give any advance to these fraudsters You shall never get booked cab on day and on booking day they shall give you excuses and ask for more money for urgent cab. I am not able to understand how they are not catched by police or cyber team Please don't give any advance to these fraudsters

Charged Without Providing Service

I book cab on Jan 22, 2023 evening for 4 hrs 40 Kms and to be picked up from Noida at 7pm from my residence. I paid upfront INR 187 from Paytm account to book the cab. But the cab never came. next day I requested for refund but the refund has not come today. Very bad service , feels like I have been cheated and wasted my time... company should immediately refund ..

They are the biggest frauds. They will advance money from you and provide pathetic service. I am going to lodge police complaint against them. Seriously disgusting Chiku Cab Noida.
