We booked a car at Chowgule. Whilst taking the test drive, they said the delivery will take a week. At the time of booking, we were informed that it will take 30-45 days. Now 2 months later, the car is still not here. We have to constantly call their executives to ask when it is coming and no one gives a definite answer. Exceptionally unprofessional.

Regular servicing of my car was done from this service station. The service provided by them is very good as they deliver our vehicle on time as a brand new. The charges are also reasonable. It’s a satisfactory service.
