I booked a cylinder on Friday last. I had to phone three times. Somebody asked me for my Gas ID No. when i gave it, he cut the telephone off. I again rang to confirm whether booking has been done. he did not reply to that and cut off. I again rang up asking when I will get the cylinder. He replied it usually takes one/two day/s.<br/><br/>Yesterday i rang up the service and asked about the cylinder. The man asked my service ID number, i gave him. He replied, to my utter surprise, that i have not yet booked my cylinder! Whoever are managing this agency are careless about the incompetence of their lethargic and rude employees. Ashok
