I used Clay Telecom?s International prepaid SIM card as I had to visit England for my project work. Initially, I did not face any problem in network connectivity but during one of my trip days I could not make a single call to anyone. Apart from that, neither I was able to browse nor could I check my e-mails. This made me really frustrated, as I was unable to do my work. I bought Clay Telecom?s prepaid international sim card last month, when I had to visit Australia for my business. Initially the service of the company was very good but just after 2 days of my travel I started facing hassle in network connectivity leading to call drops and no browsing, messaging, surfing, mailing etc. Finally the network bar of my cell got lost but after complaining to customer care team of the company they asked me to switch off the cell phone for once and then to on. After following their instructions my cell phone received full network connectivity and started working seamlessly. Then I got to know that there was no issue with the network of the company.
