Never try click garage service because of listed reasons# A) Customer care number never work. Dont believe try yourself 91-9555-95-0000.This is the number they specified on their website where no one response. B) No Online chat support. A icon is there but that will take you to some other customer support. Try Yourself to believe. C) No Door step assistance, which is no where specified clearly while buying the policy. Guess what if you parked your car at night and you find it deflated next morning bingo .... YOU WILL NOT GET ANY Service. Cool na... D) Same goes for any thing e.g low battery,towing facility, pertrol nothing.... you are gone !! E) Fake testimonial, if they are real you should have a option to write your own. but its just their only to attract buyers. Still if you find "Click Garage" Cool Please go ahead.

Hi friends In Jan-17, I bought a Mahindra XUV500 which was having some scratches on the rear left door and quarter panel, I called ClickGarage and handed over the car to them for repair and for drycleaning and teflon coating. They gave me a quote of Rs.8500 for the whole job. As my past experience was good, i went for it. This time the paint job was again decent, but the car was neither drycleaned nor teflon was done on car. There was litter in every corner of car and stray marks were also visible on the car ceiling which should have been cleaned while dry cleaning. But ClickGarage kept on claiming that their guys have done a wonderful job and all services are done. But ClickGarage people should have known that I used to get my car drycleaned and teflon coated from other service centres too, and I know how a car looks after drycleaning and teflon coating. Only wax was applied by ClickGarage people and they charged me Rs. 4500 for only applying wax and vacuum cleaning.

Unprofessional Behavior from garage people, overestimate everything. They are more concerned about money instead of Customer Satisfaction.
