I had a horrible experience at this place today where the waiter asked me to get out because I questioned the quality of his service and attitude. Even as I ordered food I asked the waiter what all does non-veg meal included and his answer was "you can read it from the menu'. My wife ordered an egg curry and he went in and came back in less than a minute when my wife asked him to cancel the order- he refused saying that its already prepared. The food did not come for more than 20 mins and I started following up and asked him to bring the paratha/egg curry at least for my kid...he kept saying its coming first and then started avoiding me when following up again. By now my kid was very cranky and I lost my patient and walked up to him and gave him a piece of my mind regarding the bad service and his attitude. His response was "we are all busy here and cannot keep responding to you only, if you can't wait then cancel the order and leave". I have been in Bangalore for more than 6 years now and never has I come across such behavior here or anywhere else. Also, the place was not clean with flies on some tables. I had to ask thrice before they switched on the fan near our table. This was my second time here, even the first time the service was very slow but it was another waiter then was apologetic. The food was very spicy an oily and definitely not worth a second visit. The only reason I went there again was I had an appointment in that area, it was raining and could parking only in front of this restaurant. Its definitely over-priced for what they offer. For people looking for a Kerala far should go to nearby HSR layout where thre are really good Kerala restaurants like Tharavadu and Kuttanad (on 27th Main road) and Kumarakom opp. BDA complex.
