We had paid them for ac fitting, refrigerant lost due to loose fitting, water logged in the room due to slanted installation. They r not answering ,now I amv paying to another agency for rework. Very bad , worst ever experience. May be by this wrong practice they need to shift from Surat to Ahmedabad.
