Hey people! Stay away from this seller/service!!! Took my hp pavilionUS based laptop for service as I had some track pad issues. Climbing for some loyal follow ups with excellent service & maintaince, I gave him the laptop only to find a pathetic behavior at the end. After almost following up on a daily basis & after a week with the laptop, dose nothing with it just to tell me that he will not be able to fix the problem. Thus finally when I reach after a week to receive my laptop, I find the laptop full of scratches, a supa lose heavily brushed track pad & hard wear/tear all over the laptop. When I ask what the hell is this?! seems to give me some crazy reason. When I finally raise my voice with anger tends to threaten me with some underrated slang words & behavior. A typical low level classless moron who has Zero skill levels & ethics. Bottom line - If your device is close to your heart, stay away from this
