Got a bad experience with this vendor. Recently I have taken the service from Computer Solution, Chowk to get repairing of my Sony brand desktop for not getting switched ON. They send me a technician, he came and checked the system. He informed that Power Supply Kit need to be replaced and he did the same. But after that, he doesn't make the connection properly with the system. He charged me Rs. 1000 for the service including visiting charges. Because of that wrong connection, 1 drive is not working, I called him again ask him to visit and check. They need to improve their job and customer satisfaction. It's unsatisfactory.
