On dated 23 dec 2018 , i visited there NIT branch and asked them to refill black and white cartridge. Intentionally, they changed the cartridge with the damaged one. When i checked the printer at home , no print was coming . I went there again to complaint, he was very rude and mishaved . He admitted his mistake and apologised in a sarcastic way and refused to replace it. He said that you can ask people out there about his services. I told him that i will write reviews about your shop , then he threatened that he knows police commissioner and he will file a false complaint against me.

Bought 3 cartridges of HP and one of them was sealed with tape which I did not notice . I opened at home and one was used cartridge in box .The owner was rude and refused to replace . Beware of this cheat and fraud else you will waste your money
