It was a holiday and I needed urgent services for my fridge. They agreed to send a mechanic. A fellow called Sanjib Paul, said to their seniormost techician, was sent. He checked it and told me the relay needed to be changed. He quoted a whopping 1850 for it, On contacting the office, they offered it for Rs 1600/- On a holiday, I could not take a second quote. As the heat was unbearable, I paid the amount and he left immediately after fixing the part, no time even to check. The next day he tells me another part needs replacement and could not be got easily. I then looked for the item and found it was easily available. Also that the relay he replaced at Rs 1600 was available for Rs 180-250 in the market. They probably come to the house only to CHEAT you. If ever you need repairs, please take 2/3 quotes and check prices of spares for yourself.

Inquired some details here to do microwave oven service... and I have asked the detail of that,they provide the valid details and told me the and quoted me some nominal amount,I am satisfied with their response...

Absolute fraud company.. I called them to repair my Panasonic Microwave. They came & took 2 hours to check the problem,then said 4 parts are damaged & it will cost approx rs.3000 to repair. <br/><br/>Next day I called up another guy & we saw that so many parts of Microwave was intentionally broken by Concord service person. There was a minor problem & got resolved within 15 min. But because of intentional damarage by them I had to pay some extra amount.<br/><br/>I dont think anybody shouls avail their service.<br/><br/>

There was suddenly water leakage problem problem with my washing machine ,i contacted the business .They came and change a part and charged me Rs.250.Their entire service good and excellent response.
