Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Had a very bad experience with Cool Care, starting from the owner and later with the technician, who was very arrogant. They are installed the A/C and within 2 days the entire gas was leaked and till now they have rectified and its been 2 weeks now. I bought the used refrigerator from them for Rs.5000 and that too worked for 2 days and been rectified yet. They are refusing to repay the money. Tried so many times, neither picking up or responding to the messages. Advice ppl not to take their services. A very well organised cheating.
