Service Not Up to the Mark!, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Called them for split AC maintenance which was installed by them. They replaced cooling coil. Then there was water leakage and spillage problem. As per service condition, they had to attend to any service / issues within three months of repair / replacement, however they did not resolve the issue. They sent one engineer who came but could not recolve the water spillage from indoor unit issue. Then despite so many requests and reminder no one turned up. He made false committments and no one turned up. Finally I had to shell out Rs 900 /- to fix the problem.

Got a very good deal from Cool Weather India for purchasing 1.5 tonnes Croma Split AC for Rs. 28000. Tomorrow they will send the technician to installing the AC. I am very much satisfied.

Bought AC at Cool Weather India, Laxmi Nagar Delhi. The service was good and they installed the AC and checked all the connections. They have charged 6000. I am happy to take the AC at this dealer.

Purchased a Godrej 1 Ton Ac from this seller. They billed me Rs.25000 for the same. they have installed it properly. the product is good. I am satisfied.
